The best customer service I’ve had and they have amazing prices everyone is so nice and helpful they have great product knowledge as well.

This is the Smoke Shop to visit! Their prices being less than expected. The staff are trained very well and it feels like a team that are dedicated and knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to watch their training of a new employee and its no wonder their salespeople come out the way they do. All thanks, I''m sure, to Adam the owner and attentive proprietor. Adam is obviously the backbone and Pater Familia of the house. While I''m writing this I''m observing Adam dealing with an internal dispute... Solomon himself might blush at the sight. This establishment has been around the majority of my ten year tenure in Portland and they deserve not only your business but to remain an establishment Portland can be proud of for many years to come. Got some packs of Backwoods back to back to back (April 2023) every cigar were full of holes & was told to call the # on the back of the packs. I did & after 7 weeks I get some buy 1, get 1 free coupons in the mail, WHICH THIS STORE WON''T ACCEPT even though I bought the packs here. I talked to a manager (late May 2023) I was told he needed to speak with a ITG rep. I had the letters that were mailed to me with address & contact info. I was told they only accept digital coupons?? Backwoods aren''t cheap & if they sell janky packs they could at least accept the coupons from the manufacturers that they insisted I get a hold of...
I can''t say enough great things about the customer service here! Ian is as friendly and professional as they come. He goes above and beyond to make sure customer is happy. Other employees should take notes from him on customer service. I guarantee the business would be way more successful if they did. I''ve gone to most smoke shops in Portland and none compares to this one! Great job!!!
